Time Requirements

An estimate of time demands on your team’s staff (i.e. tours, onsite due diligence, etc.)

Hawaii Life has assembled a team specific to this project, with assigned roles and priorities. The team includes Agent Name and Agent Name, a dedicated Creative Director and his team, and the deep resources of our statewide operations team. 

Our distributed statewide team includes a creative team of 10 professionals, each with their own specialization in the marketing, media creation, advertising, and deployment of curated marketing campaigns across multiple exclusive platforms. Also included are an Inside Sales team of 5 prospecting and sales professionals; a Transaction Management team of 6 managers and coordinators, and a Property Management Team of 41 brokers, reservations, client concierges, and accounting specialists.

We’re well-accustomed to the fluid and dynamic nature of marketing an estate like [Project]. Our teams are prepared to pivot at extremely short notice to meet the demands of the seller as well as prospective buyers in the marketplace. 

The demands of our team staff will include, but are not limited to: collateral creation and distribution; database prospecting and follow-up; cooperating broker relations and enrollment; property tours; due diligence; marketing campaign creation and execution; promotion across strategic partnership channels; Public Relations coordination; ongoing market analysis; and more. 

The time demands on our team will be ongoing, and predictably will vary in intensity depending on prospects’ level of interest.
