In general, and especially for an asset like [Project], the more due diligence documentation we can provide a prospective buyer, the better. Nearly every prospective buyer will have their own due diligence team, complete with counsel and independent inspectors, but aggregating due diligence documents in advance can prevent negotiation pitfalls and delays in closing.
