Fees
A fee proposal for the sale of the Property. In addition to the commission structure, also provide a budget for marketing costs and all other expenses required to implement your plan and close the sale. Please indicate the monetary contribution to the marketing budget your firm is willing to make.
Per the attached Exhibit (Exclusive-Right-To-Sell Listing Agreement), our fee is a flat X% of the sales price, plus applicable Hawaii state G.E.T., with X% allocated towards the cooperating (buyer’s broker) and X% for Hawaii Life.
In the event that Agent Name(s) should personally represent the buyer*, then the commission shall be reduced to X% of the sales price.
Hawaii Life will bear hard and soft costs including but not limited to: marketing collateral creation (per the attached Marketing Worksheet); public relations and media placements; print and digital advertising; paid partnerships; administrative, sales, and support staff; etc.
Upon signing of the listing agreement, our fee becomes immediately non-negotiable and payable only upon the successful completion of a sale.
The attached marketing worksheet details approximate hard costs for marketing collateral and campaign execution. Depending on the duration of the assignment, the hard costs for marketing could exceed $100,000, in aggregate and over time. Soft costs include our investments in key strategic partnerships (i.e. Forbes Global Properties; Luxury Portfolio International; Wealth-X; etc.), as well as our ongoing lead generation infrastructure.
